Terms and Conditions
Please read carefully before making any purchases

1. Our Website Services
● All prices are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). We endeavour to ensure that our price list is current. Our price list can be accessed from our home page and we reserve the right to amend our prices at any time. If you have placed an order, we undertake to fulfil your order at the price listed at the time you ordered.

2. Product Descriptions
● We strive to ensure that our products are described as accurately as possible on our website, however, we do not warrant that the product descriptions or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Where we become aware of any misdescription, we reserve the right to correct any error or omission.
● Images have been provided for illustrative purposes only and we do not guarantee that any image will reproduce in true colour nor that any given image will reflect or portray the full design or options relating to that product.

3. Product Orders
● We endeavour to ensure that our product list is current however we give no undertaking as to the availability of any product advertised on our website.
● Please ensure you provide us the correct delivery address, as we do not take responsibility for orders being sent to incorrect addresses provided.
● In case of Force Majeure, such as delivery truck break downs, King of Props shall not be held responsible for delay in delivery or non-delivery of the order but shall notify immediately the customer.

4. Intellectual Property Rights
● King of Props is the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in and to the content on the Site, and in the material published on it. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, upload, post, transmit, adapt, download, distribute or howsoever deal with any content or material from the Site in any form or by any means without King of Props’ prior written permission, and you are solely responsible for obtaining such permission before dealing with any content or material that is available on the Site.

5. Privacy Disclosure Notice
● This Privacy Policy applies to personal data collected, used, disclosed (including transferred out of Hong Kong), and otherwise processed (collectively, “processed”) by our website.
● Any information collected from our users will not be sold, shared, or rented to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this privacy statement.
● We undertake to take due care with this information; however in providing us with such information you accept that we are not liable for its misuse due to error in transmission or virus or malware.

6. King of Props’ Responsibility
● King of Props continues to strive to provide great customer service and on time delivery to every event. King of Props also aims at providing quality prop rentals in best conditions.
● King of Props has the right to refuse business to anyone.

7. Customer’s Responsibility
● Customer should provide access to the venue at least two hours before the event start time and two hours after the event for pick up to allow King of Props to set up and to remove prop rentals and decorations. Access must include vehicle parking near the venue entrance.
● Any event cancelled due to unforeseen weather conditions is entitled to reschedule provided that an agreement has been reached before the shipment of props. We encourage customers to call us in advance in such case.
● Customers are responsible to provide adequate electrical power to meet the needs for any prop rentals or equipment.
● Customers are deemed to understand the proper usage, functions and features of the props and are responsible for the safe use of the props rented from King of Props. King of Props is not liable for any accident or safety-related injury caused by misuse of our products. 

8. Prop Rentals & Decoration
● All risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when we dispatch the goods.
● All props, furniture and decorations King of Props provides are daily rentals for the agreed-upon time, and King of Props will remove them at the conclusion of the event unless agreed otherwise.
● Additional fees will apply for difficult access (Stairs, No Freight Elevator, etc.).
● If drivers arrive the event location at the requested time written in the contract, and are unable to collect King of Props’ property, client must pay an additional fee of $800/hour.
*Please note: Prices are for day rentals only.

9. Changes to Order or Cancellation
● Customer can change their orders within the first 24 hours. Less than 24 hours changes are not allowed.
● Customer may add items to the order, subject to the same terms and conditions. Customer acknowledges that any cancellation to order less than 24 hours of delivery time is refundable only in terms of store credit and will be held on account for 1 full calendar year from when the original order was placed.

10. Refund & Exchange Policy
● Customers are entitled to refund or re-arrangement if the order received was defective or damaged. Please contact us immediately regarding the damaged or defective arrangement upon receipt. Our customer hotline is: 60753668

11. Liability
● All risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when we dispatch the goods.
● Customer is responsible for providing one-day insurance if the venue requires.
● Customer is also responsible for any injury, loss or damage to King of Props employees or equipment resulting from the conduct of event attendees and of staff not employed by King of Props.

12. Payments & Security Deposit
● 100% of the prop rental amount is required to secure your event date unless agreed otherwise.

13. Damage and Loss
● King of Props will hold a security deposit against any damages and loss of our props. Security deposit will be returned upon inspection. In case of damage or loss, King of props will provide a documented damage/loss report with costs included and customer must pay for the damage or loss upon receipt of the report from the King of Props.
● In the event that equipment provided by King of Props is damaged or lost due to the actions of event attendees or of staff not employed by King of Props, Customer agrees to pay for all repair or replacement up to the full value of the lost or damaged items, including shipping and handling.
● Please be advised, any damage to Props will result in fees being charged for loss/ damage.

This damage includes, but; not limited to the following:
● Damage caused by: Wind / Water / Extreme heat or cold
● Damage from moving props that are to remain stationary
Damage or loss will be assessed as soon as possible after conclusion of the event. All visible damage will be photographed on site whenever possible.
